I live in West London although I view myself as a global citizen having had the privilege to live and work overseas since childhood; when I am not coaching, I am passionate about flying small planes, working on wildlife conservation and travelling.

My ethos and how I work

Working collaboratively with my clients, I encourage them to embrace their differences and notice the little things in life. I believe that access to meaningful choices changes lives and it is this philosophy, combined with my knowledge of organisations and culture, that underpins how I work with my clients.

Together, we create conditions for clients to dynamically explore the possibilities that are all around them, act courageously, develop and embody an authentic presence, feel energised for what lays ahead and create their own optimal learning conditions for adaptive action.

Qualifications & Professional Associations

I completed a Masters degree in Executive Coaching from Middlesex University through i-coach academy with research in entrepreneurial leadership and culture. This programme holds the European Coaching and Mentoring Council’s EQA award at Master Practitioner level. I completed the Human Systems Dynamics Certification and am certified to use Hogan and Insights Discovery as well as participating in various CPD events so I offer my clients the latest ideas and approaches from the world of coaching, psychology, adult learning, organisational change and leadership development. As a member of the EMCC, I adhere to their code of ethics and have regular supervision for my coaching practice. In addition to running enigmaX I am an associate with Delta-partnership, eaconsult and a long standing faculty member at i-coach academy. I am a Chartered Management Accountant and hold a BEng (Hons) in Chemical and Process Engineering.

They have worked for a vast range of organisations from SMEs to BP, WPP, Swiss Re, Saudi Aramco, ABB, News International, NHS, Novartis and Wellcome Trust.
