Coaching is at the heart of what we do and we believe in the power of conversations that matter.

Coaching supervision is all about the coach! These conversations focus on developing your unique coaching practice within your work context.
Searching for a safe space to reflect where you can discover a deeper sense of who you are as a coach and challenge your practice.

That’s what we do - Conversations with a difference that make a difference

Learning is a treasure that follows its owner everywhere.

Max works with executive coaches around the world who are either independent or internal to an organisation. Her belief is that everyone has the potential to thrive in what they do and that she can ‘sow seeds of growth’ in working with them on what matters most in their coaching practice.

Having a life long passion for learning sets the foundation for Max’s supervision and she is always fascinated by the possibilities that are available to her clients when they slow down, take time to reflect on their coaching journey and feel safe to share their thoughts, feelings and needs.

“Nothing is forever except change.” – Buddha

Supervision is a reflective practice.

As with all skills it takes practice to develop the muscle needed to observe yourself in action, notice the patterns and discover the possibility for what might be different in the future.

Taking a relational approach to supervision, we can learn from what happens between us, it shines a light on how a client may be showing up or impacting their own clients.

This is where the richness of learning emerges from.

Max encourages her clients to bring their whole self to the work whether that be client issues or life events.
By understanding;

  • the way we show up
  • how we interact with others
  • the rational, emotional, physical and energetic knowledge we possess...

We can access a greater sense of clarity, wisdom and adaptive capability, embody the learning that will enable us to courageously face whatever life and coaching throws at us.
